Junaid Alam - Panel Speaker - Habib University Junaid Alam, Senior Manager HR at IBEX Global was invited for a panel discussion at Habib University to address the first batch that would be graduating in May 2018, which is part of a comprehensive and diverse program to ensure that students have a seamless transition from university life to the outside world as per their individual interests and aspirations. Junaid Alam was part of a series of workshops and sessions to prepare the students for employment, entrepreneurship, or graduate school. Junaid Alam shared his experiences as to what HR professionals and employers look for in a candidate, and discuss how students can prepare themselves professionally, highlighting the skills needed to succeed in the real world.
